What we are, and what we are not
Alamo AC Repair is a lead and referral service. We connect homeowners and renters with independent, licensed, insured local contractors who perform heating and air-conditioning work. We are not a contractor, we do not perform repairs, and the technicians who respond to your request are not our employees. Any agreement for repair work is between you and the contractor, and pricing is set by the contractor, who should present it to you for approval before any work begins.
Service requests and consent to be contacted
When you submit a request, you ask us to share your details with one or more local contractors so they can contact you about your issue. By checking the consent box, you agree that we and those contractors may contact you by phone, text, and email about your service request, including through automated technology. That consent is not a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any text message to opt out.
No guarantee of service or outcome
We work to route every request quickly, but we cannot guarantee that a contractor will be available in your area at a given time, that a specific response window will be met, or any particular repair outcome or price. Estimates, diagnoses, warranties, and workmanship are the responsibility of the contractor who performs the work.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details and a truthful description of your issue.
- Only submit a request for a property where you are authorized to arrange service.
- Do not use this site for spam, scraping, or any unlawful purpose.
